Product and Service Descriptions

• FINE ART PRESENTATION CHOICES
  

  "PRINTS" are professionaly produced on Kodak Supra Endura paper and finishes are chosen individually to suit each image. Each finished print is mounted on a 3/16" support ready for your personal frame choice.

  "PLAQUE MOUNTING" is a unique presentation option that does not require framing. Prints are bonded and laminated onto a 3/8" wood mount and tastefully finished with a beautiful edging to suit each image.

  "GALLERY WRAP CANVAS" presents the images directly on a 7 ounce artist canvas. The actual image wraps around the wooden stretcher frame creating an elegantly finished piece.

• GREETING CARD SELECTIONS
  

  Suitable for framing, each 6 1/2 x 5 inch folding card (& envelope) is made with an original photographic print.

  "SINGLE CARDS" are individually presented in a sealed clear sleeve.

  "BOXED COLLECTIONS" include 6 original image greeting cards presented in a clear gift box.

  "VARIETY COLLECTIONS" include 24 original image greeting cards; 2 each of 12 images.

Searching

> We have created an easy to search database for our images. As you can see there are separate categories to browse and select the products you wish to order. Once you find the thumbnail photo you like, just click on it to enlarge the photo and display information. Keywords are also embedded in the images to assist you in searching with the KEYWORD SEARCH feature.  

Payment Method

> You will need to tell our shopping cart which payment method you would like to use to pay for your purchases. By default the payment method is PPP (pay per purchase).  Using this payment method you will need to pay during the checkout process. If other payment methods are available (e.g. account approved) you can select this option in the Payment Method drop down menu. You will need to complete a credit application and receive approval before you are able to proceed. Please contact Cheryl Beck Photography for the application.
 

Favorites

> This is YOUR collection of images. You may add up to 30 images to your Favorites. If you wish to purchase an image that is in your Favorites, click on the thumbnail to view the enlarged image. Select the items that you want to purchase and click on the "add to cart" button.
 

Shopping Cart

> The shopping cart displays your order details, if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the remove link on the right side.
 

Checking Out

> You will need to login to checkout your order. If you are new to the site please complete the registration form to create a username and password. This information is stored, so that you can return to the site to make future purchases and so that we can review your orders.

> We utilize PayPal for purchases made on this site.

> If you do not want to use our online ordering system, please send Cheryl an email with your order request. Arrangements will be made for you to pay by check or draft. Credit Applications can also be requested.
 

My Account

> This page shows your order history and also allows you to download any instant download orders.
 

Image File Download Terms

> Some images are available as digital files which you can download. All digital files, whether for web use or print use are "Rights Managed". Our terms are as follows:
 

Web Usage

> These files can be used on one domain only (i.e. www.yourdomainname.com) They can be used on as many web pages within that domain as you desire.
> They can be altered if necessary, but they can not be included in any composite that is resold
> The image files CANNOT be resold
 

Print Usage

> These files are a higher quality for use in printed publications. They have a resolution of 300dpi and are saved as high quality JPG files. Should you require higher resolution or different file types, please contact us directly by phone or email with your specifications.
> You are granted a licence for a ONE TIME USE - This means that you can use the image for one type of publication. If you use the image in a brochure, you do not have the right to then create a new product such as a magazine ad which uses the same image.
> Prices on downloaded files are for that resolution image. Higher resolution files are offered on a different pricing structure based on type of usage. ie; a small brochure ad for a nonprofit organization will carry a lower price than a usage involving, for example, a nationally published magazine.
 

Product Return Policy

> If for any reason you are not satisfied with a print order, we will refund 100% of your order upon its return to us in the condition that it was received. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. You must contact us prior to any return and we will give you specific return instructions. If your order is delivered damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the shipper. IMPORTANT: Save all packing materials. Failure to do so can cause the shipper to deny your claim.
 

Shipping

> We ship via Express Post within Canada and UPS for International destinations. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
